Privacy Policy
How Neam handles personal information when you visit our website or contact us.
1. Who we are
Neam Solutions LLC-FZ (“Neam”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates neam.co and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers visits to our website and enquiries about our business. Personal information handled for a client engagement is also subject to the terms and privacy arrangements agreed for that engagement.
Our registered office is Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You can contact us about this policy or your personal information at hello@neam.co.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Our contact form asks for your full name, company name, business email address and message. All four fields are required to submit the form. We also receive information you provide in subsequent correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential client data in an initial enquiry.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Depending on your browser and the analytics settings, this can include pages visited, interactions, referring websites, device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
Technical information. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include IP addresses, request times and error or security information.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and discuss potential work.
- Maintain correspondence relating to those discussions.
- Operate, troubleshoot and protect the website.
- Understand website use and improve its content.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We do not currently use website enquiries for newsletters or process them through our own AI tools. We do not currently use a CRM, advertising pixels or session-recording tools on this website.
4. Grounds for processing
We process personal information on grounds permitted by applicable law. Depending on the activity, these may include consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Reading this policy or visiting the website does not itself constitute consent.
To confirm before publication: the purpose-specific legal grounds. The consent wording below is proposed for the completed website; Google Analytics currently loads without a consent control.
5. Cookies and browser storage
To confirm before publication: implement and test the consent controls described in this section. These controls are draft commitments, not existing website features.
We ask for your permission before loading Google Analytics. You can select “Accept analytics” or “Reject analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website or contacting us.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes analytics cookies set by this website. It does not automatically delete information already collected lawfully; you can contact us about that information.
We remember your choice for six months, unless you clear your browser storage sooner. We will ask again if the purposes materially change. The consent preference is used to respect your choice, not for analytics.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. Its standard cookies include _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google documents a default expiration of two years, subject to browser limits and the settings applied to the website. Cookie lifetime is separate from the retention of analytics data on Google’s systems.
The website also stores neam-opening-v1 in your browser’s session storage to remember whether the opening animation has played during that tab’s session. This value is an animation preference, rather than a unique visitor identifier.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls are additional to the website’s consent settings.
To confirm before publication: the live cookie inventory and actual analytics cookie expiry settings. The two-year period above is Google’s documented default, not a verified setting for this website.
6. Who receives information
Information is available to people at Neam who need it for the purposes described above and to providers supporting those activities:
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website and processes requests, including contact-form submissions.
- Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our business inbox.
- Google Analytics provides website usage measurement.
- Our business email provider stores and supports correspondence.
We have accepted the applicable data-processing terms for Google Analytics, Vercel and Resend. Those terms govern their processing of personal information on our behalf, including the security, confidentiality and subprocessor obligations set out in each agreement.
Providers may also process certain information for their own service administration, security or legal obligations under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
To confirm before publication: the company hosting our business email and the agreement covering that service. Acceptance of the Google Analytics, Vercel and Resend terms has been confirmed by Neam.
7. International processing
Our providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States. Different countries may provide different levels of legal protection.
Resend stores email data in the United States. Its selected sending region determines where email is sent from, not where it is stored. Vercel and Google may also process information in countries where they and their subprocessors operate.
Our provider agreements include provisions addressing international transfers where applicable. You can contact hello@neam.co for information about the arrangements relevant to your personal information.
To confirm before publication: the account-specific processing locations and the basis for overseas transfers under applicable UAE law. Accepted supplier agreements do not, by themselves, verify every transfer requirement.
8. How long we keep information
To confirm before publication: adopt and apply the proposed 12-month enquiry retention period and two-month Google Analytics setting below. These are drafting assumptions, not verified account settings or deletion procedures.
We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of ongoing discussions, legal obligations and the need to resolve disputes.
- Unsuccessful enquiries and correspondence: we delete or anonymise these records 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless they become part of a client engagement or a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or a specific dispute.
- Client-related correspondence: retained under the applicable engagement and record-keeping arrangements, taking account of contractual obligations, applicable law and legal claims. The unsuccessful-enquiry period does not apply to these records.
- Analytics user and event data: we use Google Analytics’ two-month retention setting with the reset on new activity disabled. Google applies deletion on its scheduled cycle. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports or determine how long cookies stay in your browser.
- Email-delivery records: Resend publishes a 30-day retention period for email and log data on its Free, Pro and Scale plans. Copies received in our business inbox follow the enquiry or client-correspondence periods above.
- Hosting and security logs: retained according to the applicable provider plan and settings. Our proposed target is 30 days or less where configurable, with specific incident records preserved where necessary. The actual schedules remain to be verified before publication.
- Consent preference: six months, unless cleared sooner from your browser.
- Opening-animation preference: the browser tab’s session.
Backups and residual provider-held copies may remain until the applicable deletion cycle completes. Records retained for a legal obligation or dispute are kept only for that purpose and deleted when no longer needed.
To confirm before publication: the Resend account plan, hosting-log retention and material backup deletion schedules. The Resend period above applies to the named standard plans.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and its exceptions, you may have rights to obtain information about our processing, access your personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive or transfer certain information, and withdraw consent.
Use the contact details below to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your situation.
To confirm before publication: the applicable authority and current complaint route under the UAE data protection framework.
10. Security
No method of internet transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Please limit the personal information you include in an initial enquiry to what is needed for us to respond.
To confirm before publication: Neam’s technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and deletion procedures, before adding specific security commitments.
11. Other websites
The website links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy notices govern their handling of information when you visit them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here and update its date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before introducing a new use of personal information.
