Find company answers with the source attached.

We review the documents and records in the agreed scope, resolve outdated or conflicting information with its owners and connect the checked sources. Your team gets answers with the source attached. Your AI tools use the same information.
Why this comes first.
If your price list says one rate and last year's sales proposal says another, an AI tool may use the wrong rate in its answer.
We compare the sources, flag conflicts and ask the people who own them which version to use.
Who it's for.
- Your team loses time every week hunting for the latest version of a policy, price list or contract.
- You use an AI assistant like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, but your team has trouble checking its answers against company information.
- You plan to build AI agents and need them working from correct information.
What you leave with.
A map of your company knowledge
We find where your documents and records live, who owns them and which ones your team actually relies on.
Conflicts and outdated documents addressed
We flag conflicts, outdated versions, duplicates and documents with no owner. We fix what we can and take the rest to the right person for a decision. For example: a price list and a sales proposal showing different rates.
One place to find answers
The checked information is connected in one place. Your team asks a question and sees the answer with the document it came from. Your AI tools use the same source. People only see what they're already allowed to see.
Owners who keep it current
Each source has a named owner and a review date, so your team knows who should check it and when. If you'd rather not manage those reviews in-house, we can do that on a retainer.
How it works.
The schedule below is illustrative and shows a six-week project. Allow 4–6 weeks for a first version covering 1–2 departments; we agree your schedule before work starts.
- Week 1
Find what you have
We interview the people who own the knowledge, list where it lives and measure how long it takes to find answers today.
- Weeks 2–3
Clean and resolve
We remove duplicates and outdated versions, flag conflicts and get decisions from the owners.
- Weeks 4–5
Connect and test
We connect the checked sources, set who can see what and test against real questions your team asks.
- Week 6
Hand over
We train your team, confirm the owners and compare the time it takes to find answers with the starting point.
- Ongoing
Keep it current
If you choose ongoing support, a monthly retainer covers adding new documents, retiring outdated ones and resolving conflicts with their owners.
What we need from you.
One owner per department in scope, to decide which version is correct when documents conflict.
Access to the folders and systems in scope, such as shared drives, SharePoint or your CRM.
20–30 questions your team asks often, so we test against real use.
We keep it running.
Our monthly retainer covers maintenance as your processes, documents and software change.
- Agents. We monitor them, fix issues and update them when your process changes.
- Context. We add new documents, retire outdated ones and resolve conflicts with the owners.
- Systems. We maintain the connections your agents and Context use, and update them when the connected software changes.
We agree what is covered, set the fee to match and report on the measures you chose.
Your data stays under your control.
Before we start, we agree what we can access, where it's processed and who can see it. We also agree how Context will connect to your AI tools. Your team owns the sources after handover and can work with us or another provider on future agents.

Start with the questions your team can't answer.
Bring two or three questions your team struggles to answer today. On an initial call, we'll tell you what's likely getting in the way and whether Context is the right fix.
